Hand SymbolsThe Metamorphosis hand symbols as developed by Robert St. John are an important aspect of the complete Metamorphosis process. They are used primarily in the abstract to access the subconscious in the healing process. I would like to challenge each of you to use them with yourself, going through each of them once or twice every day for the next six weeks and experience for yourself how they assist with your personal transformation. You don’t have to memorize the information about each one or work with them mentally at all if you don’t wish. Simply go through each of the seven symbols with your hands and hold each one until it feels right to move to the next one. Do this every day for the six weeks. You will discover their transformative powers in your life as they access and assist with your subconscious healing. Description
